The hotel was really good, lovely size apartments, 10 mins walk from Marina in a lovely quiet resort. Beaches nearby are lovely. The pool was brilliant, entertainment team very good and food was good. We have just returned from a great 10 days there.

We arrived at this hotel at approximately 2am, we were given a map and pointed in a general direction. For late arrivals you should be taken to your room. There should be a bottle of water in the room. Well that’s the only reasons it didn’t score 5. The accommodation is lovely, modern and cleaned daily to a high standard. The main pool has only been closed twice during our stay, this is not the hotels fault, inconsiderate parents! We put our towels out between 9 and 930am every day and always managed to find sunbeds with shade. The pool area is cleaned every morning with most of it blocked off to prevent people putting towels down early. The food is excellent and of very high quality. Upon request a gluten free pizza was made for me one lunch time, the best I have ever had any where! The choice was amazing with lots of different meats and fish, a vegetarian and children’s section. The wine is awful but the sangria is good. The entertainment team work very hard, it’s mainly aimed at young children up to about 830. With the main show at 915. There have been 3 Acrobat shows and a boy band. The other evenings are the entertainment team.

We are just back from a week here and had a lovely time. The pool was great and you could always get a bed. Every member of staff from the bar, cleaning, restaurant and crèche were lovely! I think you need to say hello and remember they are human too. They were all friendly and the crèche were amazing with our baby. Lina, the Irish girl and the dark haired girl (sorry didn’t get names) were all so lovely and really gave us a couple of hours to chill. They had the crèche set up with new activities daily and we received a parcel with all of the artwork at the end of the stay which was a nice touch. The area is nice with a nice marina but not a lot to do for young kids. The restaurant is good and catered well for allergies. You just have to ask in advance if you need something. Only down side I’d say is no outdoor eating which was disappointing and the dining experience was very warm. The rooms are cleaned and spotless daily with fresh towels which was great. Thanks for a lovely visit!

One of the best TUI blues we have ever stayed in. Where do I start. Wow. This is our 5th Thi blue we have stayed in around the world. And this one is by far the best. We have young children 5 years and 11 months. And suited both. The room was amazing perfect for young children, cot available, fridge in room and got cleaned everyday. The pool was perfect clean and always enough space. Indoor pool was perfect too. The food was FANTASTIC. The best all inclusive food we ever had. Great amazing service from the waiters and chef always a smile. And soooo clean too. The hotel had a baby lounge which was fantastic for our youngest. My oldest used kids club and LOVED it so easy to book on the app and what a perfect way for them to make friends. The staff in kids club were truly amazing. And had my 100000% trust. Lastly save the best till last the entertainment!!! WOW the best entertainment we have ever had at a TUI blue. All the staff were amazing, there hard work it’s unbelievable and truly loved everything about it. Ivy TUI rep was also fantastic. I’ve never stayed at the same hotel twice but we definitely will be back. Thank-you so much for the most wonderful holiday we will remember for a life time. You’re all amazing.

We had our first abroad family holiday, it was an amazing hotel with superb staff very helpful and caring. Food was good and a broad array of options, the kids clubs were a massive hit with our daughter. The swimming pool was lovely very clean and lots of sun loungers. We would love to come back

From start to finish was a super holiday. This was the first time my husband and I had been away without the children. The food was amazing, so much choice and quality. The snack bar was buffet style and although you couldn’t bring the food out to poolside we saw this as a plus as there were not many problems with wasps and no litter, everywhere was immaculate. Our room was comfortable the maid came every day. I thought the air con was not very powerful but I am always on the hot side, my husband thought it perfectly fine. There’s loads of activities for kids and adults. So we recommend a holiday here.

Lovely, friendly staff and a very clean, spacious apartment. The food is very good as there is plenty of choice but wish there were a few more vegetarian options. Plenty of activities for children with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outside is a selection of pools and an adult one elsewhere. There is also a baby lounge with plenty of toys and books. Just be aware that people were struggling getting double buggies into the lifts; the one down from reception to the dining hall and the others in apartment blocks. We also found the beds a little hard but overall a fantastic place and is close to the beach.

Clean rooms, pools were very cleaned and every night the sunbeds and area was jet washed. Only thing is outdoor pool is cold as not heated. Maya the fitness instructor was lovely and my son took a shine to her. It's great classes are offered for free. Myself and husband both used during the stay. Food in general was good. There were some weird kids choices. All staff were very helpful and polite.

Had an amazing family here ! Staff food and entertainment all great. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Only fault we had was the pools were far too cold, some children had blue lips. Our poor granddaughter got ill and lots of others developed colds. As this is advertised as a family hotel tge temperature of the pool should definitely should be warmer. Didn’t rate the a la carte too much! However the buffet choice was huge, changing the theme every night. Friendly chef always stood proud in the restaurant greeting you and took huge pride when you thanked him. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk to a shop and a lovely beach. Just 5 minutes further is a lovely marina. Would definitely recommend if the pool temperature could be higher.
